Services
Chiropractic Treatment
Chiropractic care combines hands-on therapies, such as joint manipulation and soft manipulation (massage, active release, myofascial release), with movement-based therapies.
Physical Rehabilitation
Physical rehabilitation seeks to restore balance, strength, pain-free movement and quality of life through ‘active’ therapies. This is a broad field of therapies that includes a combination of movement, education, and hands-on techniques.
Injury-Specific Personal Training
BIRP personal training bridges the gap between traditional physical therapy and return to play condition. If you have completed and been released by your rehab specialist but still do not feel game ready, our injury-specific training programs are the answer.
Virtual Visits & Classes
BIRP is offering virtual visits and classes for those who can not make it into the office. Patients can go through evaluation and complete a rehabilitation program all form the comfort of their homes. In addition, BIRP is offering virtual Personal Training with programming included.

Whether your goal is to decrease pain, improve function, or manage a chronic condition, movement and manual therapy may be your best medicine!
